MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator has filed several pages stapled together and labeled petition for writ of mandamus. It appears relator is seeking relief from an action pending in justice of the peace court. The Court DENIES relator's petition for writ of mandamus for failure to comply with the requirements of rule 52 and for lack of jurisdiction. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.; Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221 (Vernon Supp. 2004).
