CONSENT ORDER AND JOINT STIPULATION REGARDING DUE DATE FOR UST'S REPLY BRIEF

Plaintiff W. Clarkson McDow, Jr., the United States Trustee for Region 4 ("UST"), and Defendant The American Debt Free Association, Inc. ("TADFA"), hereby stipulate as follows:

1. WHEREAS on July 30, 2008, the Court conducted a trial in the above-referenced adversary proceeding, at which time it set the following post-trial briefing schedule:

a. The UST's post-trial brief due September 8, 2008;

b. TADFA's post-trial response brief due October 3, 2008; and

c. UST post-trial reply brief due October 14, 2008.

2. WHEREAS the UST has requested an extension of time from TADFA to submit its post-trial reply brief in this adversary proceeding, and TADFA has agreed to such an extension, up through and including October 24, 2008, it is hereby

STIPULATED AND AGREED that the UST's post-trial reply brief shall be filed in this adversary proceeding, and served upon TADFA's counsel, no later than October 24, 2008.
