PER CURIAM.

Motion by respondent for an order granting reargument from this Court's July 2021 order disbarring him from the practice of law pursuant to Rules for Attorney Disciplinary Matters (22 NYCRR) § 1240.13 based upon his established misconduct and disbarment in Florida (___ A.D.3d ___, 2021 NY Slip Op 04183 [2021]).

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, the papers filed in opposition thereto and the papers filed in reply, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion is denied, without costs.
