Extension of time granted
Based upon counsel Marylou Hillberg's representation that the reply to the informal response to the petition for writ of habeas corpus is anticipated to be filed by September 1, 2020, an extension of time in which to serve and file that document is granted to July 17, 2020. After that date, only one further extension totaling about 45 additional days is contemplated.
