ORDER GRANTING MOTION OF KIM M. HASTINGS FOR AN ORDER ADMITTING DAVID J. MICHALSKI, ESQ., PRO HAC VICE PURSUANT TO LOCAL BANKRUPTCY RULE 2090-1(c)(1)


This matter came before the Court upon consideration of the Motion filed on June 16, 2006 by Kim M. Hastings, for an order pursuant to Local Bankruptcy Rule 2009-1(c)(1) admitting David J. Michalski, Esq. pro hac vice to practice before this court in the bankruptcy case of the above-captioned debtor. The Court hereby finds that the Motion is well taken and that cause exists supporting approval thereof. Accordingly, it is hereby

ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED THAT:

1. The Motion is GRANTED in its entirety.

2. David J. Michalski, Esq. of the law firm of Hahn Loeser + Parks LLP is admitted pro hac vice to appear before this Court in the above-captioned bankruptcy case and any adversary cases.
