Extension of time granted
Based upon counsel Paula Fog's representation that the reply to the informal response to the petition for writ of habeas corpus is anticipated to be filed by May 20, 2020, an extension of time in which to serve and file that brief is granted to April 1, 2020. After that date, only one further extension totaling about 49 additional days is contemplated.
