Original Mandamus Proceeding

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2020-CI-08991, styled Carlos E. Solis v. Sinthiana M. Solis, pending in the 45th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Angelica I. Jimenez presiding.

ORDER

Sitting: Rebeca C. Martinez, Justice Luz Elena Chapa, Justice Beth Watkins, Justice

On May 29, 2020, relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus and a motion for emergency relief. After considering the petition, this court concludes relator did not show she is entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a). Relator's motion for emergency relief is denied as moot.

This court's opinion will issue at a later date.
