Upon consideration of Appellants City and County of Honolulu and the City and County of Honolulu Liquor Commission's notice of withdrawal of appeal, the papers in support, and the records and files herein, it appears that the parties have reached a settlement on the issues raised in this appeal, and the City agreed to withdraw its appeal. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the notice of withdrawal of appeal is approved, and this appeal is dismissed pursuant to HRAP Rule 42(b).
