MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator contends the trial court has not acted on his motion for a nunc pro tunc order. Relator's petition is deficient and he has not shown he is entitled to the relief requested. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.7 and 52.8(a). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
