Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators, Brittney Michelle Smith, f/k/a Brittney Michelle Dew, and Laurence Dean Smith, Jr. (the Smiths), filed a petition for writ of mandamus, challenging the trial court's April 15, 2016 order that set aside a prior temporary order giving possession of the minor children to the Smiths.

The underlying case is In the Interest of Z.S. and Z.D., Children, cause number 2015-29869, pending in the 308th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable James Lombardino, presiding. --------

The petition for writ of mandamus is denied. Any pending motions are denied.
