ORDER

We DENY relator's February 21, 2024 motion for rehearing, and we DENY as moot relator's February 21, 2024 emergency motion to stay.

Relator's motion for rehearing contains unredacted sensitive data, including the full name and birthdate of a person who was a minor when the underlying suit was filed, in violation of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. See Tex. R. App. P. 9.9. Accordingly, we also STRIKE relator's motion for rehearing.
