ORDER

ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE.

The reporter's record in this case is overdue. By postcard dated November 28, 2023, we notified both Marissa Garza, Official Court Reporter for Criminal District Court No. 6, and Debi Harris, Court Reporter for Auxiliary Court No. 8, that the reporter's record was overdue and directed the reporter's record to be filed within thirty days. To date, the reporter's record has not been filed and we have not received any correspondence regarding the reporter's record.

Accordingly, we ORDER Marissa Garza and/or Debi Harris, to file the reporter's record within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order.

Our records indicate appellant is entitled to proceed without payment of costs and that the reporter's record has been requested.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to:
