ORDER

BILL PEDERSEN, III JUSTICE

In accordance with the Texas Supreme Court's opinion in In re LCS SP, LLC, No. 20-0694 (Tex. Feb. 25, 2022) (orig. proceeding), the Court VACATES the August 12, 2020 Order, which conditionally granted relator Kenneth Smith's petition for writ of mandamus.

The Court ORDERS the trial judge to VACATE the trial court's "Order Vacating Order Dated April 23, 2020," signed August 14, 2020. The Court further ORDERS the trial judge to file with this Court, within THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order, a certified copy of the order vacating its August 14, 2020 "Order Vacating Order Dated April 23, 2020."
