Order to show cause issued; returnable in Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division Seven

The request for judicial notice is granted.

The Secretary of the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is ordered to show cause, returnable before the Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division Seven, why petitioner is not entitled to relief based on her claim that trial counsel rendered ineffective assistance during plea negotiations either by failing to advise her or by misadvising her as to her parole eligibility under Penal Code section 3051, subdivision (b)(3). The return must be served and filed on or before September 10, 2021.
