Extension of time granted
Based upon counsel Gary B. Wells's representation that the reply to informal response to the petition for writ of habeas corpus is anticipated to be filed by December 27, 2018, an extension of time in which to file that document is granted to November 27, 2018. After that date, only one further extension totaling 29 days will be granted. Counsel for petitioner is ordered to inform his assisting entity of this schedule and to take all steps necessary to meet it.
