The petition for review is granted. The matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division Three. That court is ordered to vacate its summary denial dated July 28, 2020, and is further ordered to remand the case to the Los Angeles County Superior Court, with instructions that it hold a new bail hearing in light of In re Humphrey (2018) 19 Cal.App.5th 1006, 1041-1045.
