ORDER
On April 18, 2018, we issued an order in which we extended appellant's briefing deadline to May 25, 2018. On April 20, 2018, appellant filed a motion for extension of time in which to file his appellant's brief, requesting until May 25, 208 to file his brief. We DENY appellant's current motion as moot. Appellant's brief is due on or before May 25, 2018.
