ORDER

Appellant filed a motion requesting appointment of counsel on appeal and a motion for an extension of time in which to file his brief. Indigent parents in private termination suits are not entitled appointed counsel on appeal. See In re J.C., 250 S.W.3d 486, 489 ((Tex. App.—Fort Worth 2008, pet. denied). Accordingly, appellant's request for appointed counsel on appeal is DENIED. We GRANT appellant's request for an extension of time in which to file his brief. Appellant's brief is due June 22, 2018.
