FLORIDA BOARD OF BAR EXAMINERS RE: S.L.T.


Upon consideration of S.L.T.'s petition for review filed in the above cause, it is ordered that the findings of fact, conclusions of law and recommendation of the Florida Board of Bar Examiners is approved. S.L.T.'s petition is hereby denied and S.L.T. shall not be admitted to The Florida Bar at this time. S.L.T. shall be ineligible to reapply for admission for a period of three years from January 4, 2017, the date of the Board's findings. See Fla. Bar Admiss. R. 3-23.6(d). NOT FINAL UNTIL TIME EXPIRES TO FILE REHEARING MOTION AND, IF FILED, DETERMINED. LABARGA, C.J., and PARIENTE, LEWIS, QUINCE, CANADY, POLSTON, and LAWSON, JJ., concur. A True Copy
