IN THE MATTER OF THE MARRIAGE OF CARRIE HOLLOMAN SLAGLE AND ALAN PAUL SLAGLE

On Appeal from the 300th District Court Brazoria County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 76596-F

ORDER

Appellant Alan Paul Slagle's brief was originally due December 7, 2016. We have granted 120 days of extension to April 7, 2017, to file appellant's brief. When we granted the last motion for extension, we noted no further extensions would be granted absent exceptional circumstances. No brief or motion for extension of time has been filed. Accordingly, we order as follows:

Unless appellant files a brief with this court on or before May 18, 2017, the court will dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(b). No extensions will be granted absent exceptional circumstances.
