IN THE MATTER OF S.L., III

From the 451st Judicial District Court, Kendall County, Texas
Trial Court No. 16-010-JV
Honorable Bill R. Palmer, Judge Presiding

ORDER

On June 5, 2017, appellee's brief was filed. The brief violates Rule 9.8(c) of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure because documents contained in the appendix to the brief do not redact the minor's names. See TEX. R. APP. P. 9.8(C). It is FURTHER ORDERED that appellee file an amended brief containing redacted documents in the appendix no later than ten days from the date of this order.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court on this 13th day of June, 2017.
