Relator contends the trial judge erred in denying a motion to stay. The facts of this original proceeding are known to the parties so we do not recite them here. Based on the record presented, we conclude relator has failed to show itself entitled to the relief requested. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-842 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding).
