ORDER


JACK B. JACOBS, Justice.

This 21st day of August 2013, the Court having received and considered a Stipulation of Disbarment by Consent, jointly submitted by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel and Martin J. Siegel, a member of the Bar of this Court (“Respondent”), pursuant to Rule 17(e) of the Delaware Lawyers' Rules of Disciplinary Procedure (“Procedural Rules”), and the Court having received and considered an Affidavit of Consent signed by Respondent consenting to the sanction of disbarment,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT Respondent is disbarred as a member of the Bar of this Court. The Office of Disciplinary Counsel shall file a petition in the Court of Chancery for the appointment of a Receiver of the Respondent's law practice pursuant to Procedural Rule 24, and the Receiver shall provide notice to clients, adverse parties, and others as required by Procedural Rule 23.
