MEMORANDUM OPINION

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2015-CI-05935, styled Shumway Van & Hansen Chtd. v. The PilePro Group, et al, pending in the 224th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Stephani A. Walsh presiding.
On September 29, 2017, Relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus. Relator filed a motion for emergency stay on October 2, 2017. The court has considered the petition and is of the opinion Relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus and motion for emergency stay are denied. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
