Opinion

No. 05-06-00101-CV

Opinion Issued January 27, 2006.

Original Proceeding from the 303rd Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 05-09648-V.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Chief Justice THOMAS and Justices WHITTINGTON and LANG-MIERS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial court has abused its discretion by denying her motion to transfer her suit to a different court. The facts and the issues are well known to the parties. Based on the record presented, we conclude the relator has failed to show that she is entitled to the relief requested. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-842 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding).
