ORDER

Peter Kelly Judge

Relator Shell Retail and Convenience Operations LLC has filed a petition for writ of mandamus challenging the trial court's May 24, 2024 order granting Real party in interest Instafuel LLC Sellers' Representative Wisam Nahhas's motion to compel the deposition of Peter Muschick. Relator also seeks emergency relief.

The Court grants the motion for emergency relief and orders that the trial court's order May 24, 2024, to the extent is orders the deposition of Peter Muschick, is stayed pending disposition of the petition for writ of mandamus.

The Court directs real party in interest Instafuel LLC Sellers' Representative, Wisam Nahhas to file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus within 20 days of the date of this order.

It is so ORDERED.
