(admitted as David Michael Shearer) Respondent suspended from the practice of law in the State of New York for a period of two and a half years, effective 30 days from the date hereof and until further order of this Court. Cross motion granted to the extent of disaffirming the Hearing Panel's finding sustaining charge 11, and cross motion otherwise denied. Opinion Per Curiam. All concur.
