Opinion

No. 05-08-01284-CV

Opinion issued October 7, 2008.

Original Proceeding from the County Court at Law No. 4 Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. CC-08-06559-D.

Before Justices MORRIS, RICHTER, and MAZZANT.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial court erred by denying relator's motion to fix a supersedeas amount to suspend enforcement of a writ of possession pending appeal. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relator has not shown he is entitled to the relief requested. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a); In re Prudential Ins. Co. of Am., 148 S.W.3d 124, 135-36 (Tex. 2004). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
