IN RE DICKSON GLENN SHARP

Original Proceeding County Court of Hardin County, Texas

Before Golemon, C.J., Horton and Wright, JJ.

ORDER

PER CURIAM

Relator Dickson Glenn Sharp filed a statement of inability to afford payment of court costs with a petition for a writ of mandamus. The Inmate Trust Fund statement that Relator included with his statement indicated that Relator has $4,259.82 available in his account, including $150.00 in deposits made in the most recent 6-month period. The documents filed with the statement demonstrate that the relator has the funds available to pay the filing fee for his mandamus petition.

It is therefore ORDERED that the Court denies Relator's request to proceed without payment of costs. We direct the Clerk of the Court to mail a bill of costs to Relator.
