MEMORANDUM OPINION

The underlying case is Agar Corporation, Inc. v. Sanjay B. Shah, Pandurang S. Nayak, KJ Traders, L.L.C., Kajal S. Shah, Jayanthi P. Nayak, Carlos Diaz Miron, Wilbur Eagle, S.A. de C.V., Girish Parikh, V-J Electronic Assemblies, BK Taparia, Paramount Trading, Inc., Tubefit Engineers, Sanjay Bengali, Ennovative Engineering Private Limited, and Micro Machine MFG., Co., Cause No. 2008-20480, in the 11th Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Hon. Mark Davidson, presiding.


By petition for writ of mandamus, relator, Sanjay Shah, seeks relief compelling the trial court to disqualify counsel for Agar Corporation, Inc. from the underlying suit.

We deny the petition for writ of mandamus.
