IN THE INTEREST OF S.G.B., A CHILD

On Appeal from the 469th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 469-55752-2017.

ORDER

ROBERT D. BURNS, III, CHIEF JUSTICE.

Because the appendix to appellant's brief contains sensitive data, it does not meet the requirements of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. See Tex. R. App. P. 9.9(a)(3). Consequently, we STRIKE appellant's brief filed on December 15, 2023 and ORDER appellant to file, within TEN DAYS of the date of this order, a brief that conforms with rule 9.9. The brief may be redacted by using initials in place of the minor child's name. See id. 9.9(a),(c).

We caution appellant that failure to comply with this order may result in dismissal of this appeal without further notice. See id. 38.8(a)(1).
