ORDER

On this day came defendant Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, by counsel, and requested that the Court withdraw its designation of Michael A. Tenanbaum of Sedgwick, Detert, Moran Arnold, Newark, New Jersey, as Defendant's Lead Counsel and that in his place and stead be designated David M. Covey of Sedgwick, Detert, Moran Arnold, New York, New York as Defendant's Lead Counsel. Said defendant further requested that Pretrial Order #2 previously entered herein on October 7, 2002 be amended to reflect such new designation.

Having heard the motion of defendant Bristol-Myers Squibb Company and the argument in support thereof and hearing no objection to said motion, the Court finds that the same should be granted and it is therefore hereby ADJUDGED, ORDERED and DECREED that the designation of Michael A.
