MOTION DECISION

DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

By order dated February 10, 2020, appellant was granted poor person status and assignment of counsel. By letter dated April 20, 2021, counsel requested to be relieved of the assignment due to appellant's failure to communicate. By decision and order dated May 14, 2021, counsel was relieved of the assignment. Thereafter, by letter dated May 20, 2021, appellant was directed to perfect the appeal by June 14, 2021. Appellant failed to perfect the appeal or seek a further extension of time to do so.

Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal taken by SHANTEL M. is dismissed.
