This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 03-04-41295, styled In the Interest of C.J.V., Jr., a Child, pending in the 79th Judicial District Court, Jim Wells County, Texas, the Honorable Richard C. Terrell presiding.

Petition for Writ of Mandamus Denied; Motion for Emergency Relief Denied.

MEMORANDUM OPINION


The court has considered relators' petition for a writ of mandamus and motion for emergency relief and is of the opinion that relief should be denied. See Tex. Fam. Code Ann. § 155.201(c) (Vernon 2002); In re Lambdin, No. 07-03-00328-CV, 2003 WL 21981975, at * 3-4 (Tex.App.-Amarillo, Aug. 20, 2003, orig. proceeding). Accordingly, relators' petition for a writ of mandamus and motion for emergency relief are denied.

Relator shall pay all costs incurred in this proceeding.

The clerk of this court is directed to transmit a copy of this opinion to the attorneys of record, the trial court judge, and the trial court clerk.
