ORIGINAL PROCEEDING WRIT OF MANDAMUS 155th District Court Austin County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 2019R-0162
Panel consists of Justices Bourliot, Zimmerer, and Spain.
ORDER
PER CURIAM
On November 27, 2023, relator Dakota Semmler filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court. See Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221; see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. In the petition, relator asks this court to compel the Honorable Jeff R. Steinhauser, presiding judge of the 155th District Court of Austin County, to vacate the trial court's September 5, 2023 "order for withdrawal of defense counsel" and the trial court's October 25, 2023, order denying reconsideration.
The court notifies relator that the court may dismiss this original proceeding if relator does not refile documents that conform with the requirements of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. On or before March 18, 2024, relator shall supplement his appendix with a certified copy of Exhibit 9 (e.g., the agreed final decree of divorce). See Tex. R. App. P. 52.7(a)(1).
In addition, the court requests that the real parties in interest, identified as Travis Koehn, Austin County District Attorney and Marshall Weaver, file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus on or before March 27, 2024. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.4.
