Opinion

No. 05-08-00129-CV

Opinion issued February 29, 2008.

Original Proceeding from the 116th Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 02-4248.

Before Justices MOSELEY, BRIDGES, and FRANCIS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

In his "Petition for Writ of Mandamus or Writ of Prohibition," relator contends the trial court has erred by not reversing a "vexation order" in effect against relator. Relator has failed to comply with the requirements for filing a petition for extraordinary writ and he has not shown that he is entitled to the relief requested. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.7(a). Accordingly, relator's "Petition for Writ of Mandamus or Petition for Writ of Prohibition" is DENIED. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8 (a).
