MEMORANDUM OPINION

In his petition for writ of mandamus, the relator complains that the trial court has erred in not dismissing the second tax case filed against the relator. Relator's petition does not comply with the requirements for filing a petition for writ of mandamus and he has not shown that he is entitled to the relief requested. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.3 and 52.7. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8.
