Extension of time granted
Based upon counsel Gary B. Wells' representation that the reply to the informal response to the petition for writ of habeas corpus is anticipated to be filed by May 28, 2022, an extension of time in which to serve and file that document is granted to April 28, 2022. After that date, only one further extension totaling about 32 additional days is contemplated.
