ORDER

KEN MOLBERG JUSTICE

Before the Court is relator's September 3, 2024 petition for writ of mandamus. Relator challenges the portion of the trial court's August 15, 2024 order whereby the trial court granted real parties in interest's rule 91a motion and dismissed with prejudice Count 11 of relator's First Amended Petition (breach of contract regarding advancement of fees).

Real parties in interest and respondent are requested to file a response, if any, to the petition on or before October 17, 2024.
