An unpublished order of this Court having been entered on April 24, 2018 (corrected April 26, 2018), finding petitioner (who, as Richard Paul Savitt, was admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York at a Term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court for the Third Judicial Department on November 26, 1996) guilty of 11 charges of professional misconduct, pursuant to the doctrine of collateral estoppel, and appointing a referee to conduct a sanction hearing (M-1669), And an order of this Court having been entered on April 26, 2018 deeming the three charges not covered by the April 24, 2018 order admitted, and immediately suspending petitioner from the practice of law in the State of New York, based on his default in answering the disciplinary charges brought against him, and referring the proceeding to a referee for a hearing and to recommend an appropriate sanction (M-3396/M-4307), And an order of this Court having been entered on July 10, 2018, denying petitioner's motion for, inter alia, vacatur of the portion of this Court's April 26, 2018 order that found him in default, and denying petitioner's cross motion for renewal and reargument of his prior cross motion (M-2677), And an order of this Court having been entered on February 21, 2019, granting the Attorney Grievance Committee's motion to confirm the referee's report, which recommended suspending petitioner from the practice of law in the State of New York for a period of three years, nunc pro tunc to April 26, 2018 (the date of the interim suspension), and until further order of this Court, with reinstatement conditioned upon petitioner's full satisfaction of all court ordered sanctions (M-5288), And an order of this Court having been entered on September 6, 2022, granting petitioner's motion for poor person relief, and denying his motion for reinstatement (M-2022-02225), And petitioner having moved this Court for poor person's relief and to renew, reargue and vacate this Court's September 6, 2022 order denying his application for reinstatement, and to renew, reargue and vacate the unpublished order of April 24, 2018 and the order of April 26, 2018, and to renew and reargue the July 10, 2018 order, And the Attorney Grievance Committee, by Jorge Dopico, its Chief Attorney (Elisabeth A Palladino, of counsel), having submitted an affirmation in opposition to the motion, requesting that petitioner's motion should be denied in its entirety, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon, IT IS ORDERED that petitioner's motion is denied.
