Samuel C. Stretton, Esquire Attorney for the Respondent Former Judge Anthony Saveikis
ORDER
AND NOW, this __ day of, 2024, upon consideration of the Samuel C. Stretton, Esquire's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for the Respondent, Former Judge Anthony Saveikis, it is hereby ORDERED and DECREED that said Motion is GRANTED and Mr. Stretton is removed as counsel.
Samuel C. Stretton, Esquire Attorney for the Respondent
Former Judge Anthony Saveikis
MOTION OF SAMUEL C. STRETTON, ESQUIRE TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL FOR THE RESPONDENT, FORMER JUDGE ANTHONY SAVEIKIS
Samuel C. Stretton, Esquire, the Attorney for the Respondent, Former Judge Anthony Saveikis, respectfully requests this Honorable Court for permission to withdraw as counsel in the captioned matter for the following reasons:
1) The captioned matter has been scheduled for Trial for August 19th, 2024. No one checked with Mr. Stretton confirm his availability for that date, and he is unavailable as he is attached to numerous other trials.
2) There is no need for three lawyers to represent Former Judge Anthony Saveikis. Current co-counsel, Robert G. Del Greco, Jr., Esquire and David J. Shrager, Esquire, are very competent and good lawyers.
3) Mr. Stretton is respectfully requesting to withdraw as counsel for the above stated reasons and cannot justify charging the Respondent, Former Judge Anthony Saveikis, since he has two other lawyers.
WHEREFORE, Samuel C. Stretton, Esquire, counsel of the Respondent, Former Judge Anthony Saveikis, respectfully requests to withdraw as counsel for the Respondent in the captioned matter for the above stated reasons.
