Memorandum Opinion by Chief Justice Morriss MEMORANDUM OPINION

George Wayne Saunders, relator, filed a petition seeking a writ of mandamus asking this Court to compel the trial court to take certain actions related to the appointment of counsel to represent him at trial. The trial court has taken the actions sought by Saunders, thereby mooting his petition, and Saunders has filed a motion to dismiss the petition, which we grant.

The petition for writ of mandamus is dismissed.
