An order having been entered on April 25, 2023, granting respondent-appellant's application to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning the Monroe County Public Defender, as counsel to perfect the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Drew DuBrin, Esq., dated May 15, 2023, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the Monroe County Conflict Defender, 16 East Main Street, 6th Floor, Rochester, New York 14614, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered January 23, 2023, in place and stead of the Monroe County Public Defender, and

It is further ORDERED that the Monroe County Family Court Clerk provide the Monroe County Conflict Defender. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based.
