ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs. The appeal is set down for the June 2020 term of the Court. The brief of respondent Delaware County Department of Social Services shall be filed and served on or before May 21, 2020. The reply brief, if any, shall be filed and served on or before May 28, 2020.
