Petitioner's “Application for Leave to File Sealed Exhibits in Support of Amended Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus,” filed on June 13, 2018, is granted as follows. The court makes the findings required by rule 8.46(d)(6) of the California Rules of Court as to Exhibits 188, 189, 190, 191, and 193, and the unredacted version of Exhibit 192. The Clerk is directed to file under seal Volume 18 of the Exhibits in Support of Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, Exhibits 188 through 193, lodged conditionally under seal on June 13, 2018. In addition, no later than 14 days after the date of this order petitioner must serve and publicly file a redacted version of Exhibit 192 that removes the identifying information of the seated and prospective jurors other than their surnames, or serve and file a notification and explanation of why this should not be done.
