ORDER MODIFYING OPINION AND DENYING PETITION FOR REHEARING

The opinion filed on April 30, 2007, is modified as follows:

1) On page 10, fourth paragraph, delete the second sentence, beginning “The issue is whether . . .” and replace with “The issue is whether Samanatha would benefit from continuing the parental relationship with either Mother or Father.”

2) On page 11, delete the first full sentence beginning “Moreover, Mother denies having . . .” and replace with “In Mother’s case, she also bears responsibility for moving with Samantha into the unsafe basement.”

The petition for rehearing is denied.

This modification does not change the judgment.
