ORDER
WHEREAS this Court appointed the firm of Bernstein Litowitz Berger Grossmann, L.L.P., ("Bernstein Litowitz") as Lead Counsel in In Re Salomon Analyst WorldCom Litigation, 02 Civ. 3687 (GEL) ("SSB WorldCom") by Case Management Order No. 2 of March 20, 2003;
WHEREAS Bernstein Litowitz informed the Court by letter dated March 21, 2003 that Case Management Order No. 2 neglected to appoint as Co-Lead Counsel the firm of Barrack, Rodos Bacine ("Barrack Rodos") which firm is acting as Co-Lead Counsel in In Re WorldCom, Inc. Securities Litigation, 02 Civ. 3288 (DLC) ("WorldCom Securities"), and which firm moved with Bernstein Litowitz to be appointed Co-Lead Counsel in SSB WorldCom;
WHEREAS the Court prefers to maintain the same Lead Counsel structure in SSB WorldCom as exists in WorldCom Securities;
It is hereby ORDERED that:
In accordance with the requirements of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act, the Court approves Bernstein Litowitz and Barrack Rodos as Co-Lead Counsel in SSB WorldCom. This approval is subject to later modification or revision by the Court.
