ORDER
PER CURIAM.
On August 13, 2024, relator filed a petition for a writ of mandamus and an emergency motion for temporary relief This court believes a serious question concerning the relief sought requires further consideration. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(b). The respondent and the real party in interest may file a response to the petition no later than September 6, 2024. Any such response must conform to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 52.4.
We GRANT the motion for temporary emergency relief and stay the Order Enforcing Division of Property (signed on July 3, 2024) and stay the Temporary Orders for Modification of Parent-Child Relationship (signed on July 25, 2024), pending further order of this court.
It is so ORDERED.
