APPEALED FROM 294TH DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR VAN ZANDT COUNTY, TEXAS

ORDER

"In examining the clerk's record herein, it appears that the Court has determined that the record does not contain findings regarding whether the children are Indian children under the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) and that such findings should be sent to this Court for review herein. Accordingly, It is hereby ORDERED that the trial court shall make written findings that address whether the children are Indian children under ICWA.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the trial court shall cause the clerk of the trial court to forward the aforementioned document(s) in the form of a supplemental record to this Court on or before Friday, August 19, 2022."
