MODIFICATION OF OPINION [Change in Judgment]

Levy, J.

BY THE COURT:

The typewritten opinion in the above entitled matter filed July 16, 2007, is modified by adding the following sentence immediately after the first sentence under the heading “DISPOSITION” on page 13: The juvenile court is directed to issue an amended commitment order indicating this modification and to forward a certified copy of that order to the Department of Corrections, Juvenile Justice.

This order changes the judgment.

Appellant’s “Petition For Rehearing,” filed in this court on July 25, 2007, is denied.
